Summerfest 2011

Our annual Summerfest programme took place recently in the school grounds at lunchtime. Contemporary bands playing near the library were very popular with students, as were the Stage Band, Concert band and orchestra who performed near the quad.  Drama contributions this year were Theatre Sports, Year 11 Drama. Year 12 Shakespeare and entertaining excerpts from “Top Girls” from Year 13 students.  An air of celebration and colour were strongly evident in the centre quad where Art students worked on the initial stages of a 50 piece sculpture which will be completed at the Family Day of our 50th Jubilee Weekend.
