Fundraising Activites

This year (2012) the Glendowie College Development Trust is organising two (2) major fundraising events.

Wednesday April 25 - The Great Kiwi ANZAC Day Breakfast
The college is hosting the breakfast in the school assembly hall from 7am to 9.30am. Those of you who are attending the Dawn Anzac Service in Auckland City will be able to travel to Glendowie at the conclusion of that service and join us for our Anzac Day breakfast. Furthermore, following the College's Anzac Day breakfast, you will be able to venture down to the St Heliers Anzac Day Parade that is scheduled to start at 10am.

Tickets: $10 per person (includes full breakfast, Anzac tribute and student contributions)
Children under 5 years Free
Tickets can be purchased from the Glendowie College Accounts Office (Main Administration Building) between 10.30 am and 2pm.

Money raised from the breakfast will be donated back into the local community (for the restoration of war memorials and Returned Service Men and Women Welfare projects) and the College.

Sunday 2 September - The Glendowie College Fun Run / Walk.
Please mark this date in your diary and join us at the college for a great morning of fun and exercise. More details about registering for the 5km or 10km run / walk will be posted on the school website in July / August.
